What You Should Know Before YOu Have Your Car Repaired After A Collision...
 


1. Safety First! Never drive a vehicle that could be unsafe after a collision.

2. Differences in repair estimates are common. A lower estimate may mean using inferior quality parts or incomplete work.

3. Some insurance companies may want you to visit their "drive-thru" claim center before your car is repaired. You can leave your car at MENDELSON AUTOBODY and have your insurance adjuster meet you there.

4. You are NOT required by law to get more than one estimate or appraisal.

5. You have the right to go to the repair shop of your choice. Insurance companies are prohibited from requiring you to go to a particular shop.

7. Ask the estimator if the shop will be using genuine manufacturer part (OEM) to repair your vehicle.
